CAN I CUSTOMISE MY ORDER?
Yes, we would be happy to help you customise your order in terms of colors, sleeve length, kurta length and other adjustments.
We also take a special interest in customising pieces especially for you, from beginning to end, keeping you involved through the design process.

DOES THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT CHANGE FOR A CUSTOMISED ORDER?
In case of a customised order, there will be a price variation applicable depending on the nature and extent of the customisation. The additional charges will be added to the final billing amount.
For a newly customised piece being created for you, the price will be intimated by our team once the design and concept is finalised.
CAN I REQUEST FOR A CHANGE IN THE COLOUR OF THE PRODUCT?
Yes, we can customise the colour of the garment that you wish to order. However, we suggest that a particular product might look good in certain colours only. Therefore, during the personalisation process we will assist you with our colour recommendations for the selected design. If you wish to customise the outfit to a colour of your preference, we will be happy to do so.
ARE THE COLORS OF PRODUCTS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE ACCURATE?
We ensure that we photograph our products under standard lighting conditions so that the image you see on your screen is closest to the actual colour of the product. However, there may be slight variations in the color of the fabric, dyes or embroideries seen on your screen and the actual garment.
HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?
We have provided our standard size chart on the product page. However, we encourage you to send us your detailed measurements, to enable us to create your outfit to your precise measurements.
You can either provide us with your measurements by selecting the made to measure option on the product page (IF WE ARE DOING THIS) or by filling out the made to measure form provided on the Personalisation page of our website. HOW DO I GET MY PRODUCT ALTERED?
AT A&R, we make the orders as per the standard size chosen by you or the measurements provided by you. However, if any alterations are required, please get in touch with us at +91 9773950222 or email us at sales@arbyrheakapoor.com and our team will help you out to ensure a perfect fit.
Since the piece is made to measure, we need a minimum of two trials to match the garment to the required fit. The final delivery time of the product may vary as per the alteration requirements.
For alterations we require you to send the order at our Studio in Chattarpur, New Delhi. Please note that shipping charges for alterations are to be borne by the client.
HOW MUCH TIME DOES IT TAKE FOR ALTERATIONS?
In case of any alteration, we generally need around 7 to 14 days, however the time period may vary depending on the product and the alteration requirements.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We can have your order shipped to you at your convenience. For shipping within India and internationally, there will be an additional charge.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY AND WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
In case of international shipping there will be an additional shipping charge based on the weight of the product and the shipping destination. The shipping charges will be shared by our team upon inquiry.

At A&R, every piece is handcrafted with love and care and is made to measure. We generally take up to 4 weeks to dispatch your order, however the time period may vary for orders that involve customisation. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

HOW DO I MAKE THE PAYMENT?
Payments can be made through Debit/Credit Cards or bank transfers. Cash payments are also accepted within the permissible limits, strictly against a receipt. Please contact our team at +91 9773950222 in case you wish to make payments via net-banking or cash.
CAN I MAKE ANY CHANGES TO OR CANCEL MY EXISTING ORDER?
As per our policy, we would not be able to make any changes to your order once placed, apart from any alterations required or any fitting issues and minor adjustments.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned.
IS THERE ANY REFUND POLICY?
Our products are specially handcrafted for you, specific to your requirements and on a made to measure basis, as per the selected size or measurements provided. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any refund, exchange or returns. However, we will be happy to assist you with any alteration requirements.
