At A&R, we believe that clothing is a form of self expression. Getting to know our customer, their needs and connecting with them is of paramount importance to us. We take a special interest in customising pieces and interacting with our clients, keeping them involved through the design process. The aim is to create something personalised, that's true to you, while being true to the A&R design sensibilities.

Design Customisation:

The personalisation process may involve customising an existing design or style. You can incorporate any desired changes and adjustments to an existing design, style or cut of an outfit, including any customisation in embroideries or other details.

Alternatively, the personalisation process may entail designing an outfit especially for you, from the very beginning, keeping in mind your design aesthetic and other requirements. When creating for you, the designer will interact with you personally and take you through the design details; the silhouette, embroideries, colours and finishing touches. 

Incase of design personalisation, our team will stay in touch with you throughout the process to discuss the various aspects of your customisation requirements.

Please note that in case of a personalized order, there will be a price variation applicable depending on the nature and extent of the customisation. The additional charges will be added to the final billing amount. 

For a newly customised piece being created for you, the price will be intimated by our team once the design and concept is finalised.

Made To Measure:

At A&R, we encourage you to provide us with your detailed measurements, to enable us to create your outfit to your precise measurements. 

At the time of placing your order, we request you to fill out our made to measure form with your measurement details and drop us a note if you have any special fitting requirements.

Colour Customisation:

Any outfit selected by you can be customised to the colour of your preference at the time of placing the order. However, we do suggest that a particular outfit might look good in certain colours only.

When customising colours, we will provide you with the colour options that we would recommend for the selected design. If you still wish to customise the outfit to a different colour of your choice, we will be happy to do so.
